On-error behavior

When students type an incorrect letter, TypingClub automatically let's them continue typing. However, if students don't correct their mistake, their overall performance gets negatively affected. Teachers can customize the cursor behavior in the class settings and decide if or when the cursor stops, forcing the student to make a correction. Teachers can change the on-error behavior by following the next steps:

  1. Go to Classes and select your class.
  2. Click Settings on top of the screen.
  3. Scroll down until you see Lock Block on Errors. You can decide whether the cursor stops on the first, second, or third error.
  4. To save your changes, click Update Settings at the bottom of the screen.
